Some ethical ways are live streaming, monetising your videos, earning from competitions, bug hunting, skin and outfit designing, feedbacks, overwatch. Very few people knows it but the company have outsourced some overwatch jobs to review hack plays in the game to freelancers. You earn by reviewing foul gameplays and banning accounts.

Some unethical ways are selling hacks, illegal betting in custom rooms, selling a rank pushed account, bot views for streamers, selling the app by sharing it with users.
