Why is PUBG dangerous?

PUBG: The worst future ADDICTIVE VIRTUAL DRUG.

So, first let me tell you about my past, like how things were like before playing this game. I am a college student doing my engineering from a government college in Electronics and communication stream. *Extra comment on my gamer history: I NEVER PLAYED ANY VIDEO GAME EVER ( Because for me it’s a fake and virtual form of wasting your precious energy).

STAGE 1 — — — ADDICTION :

So, a few months back this game called PUBG took over the game which stands for Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds. All my WhatsApp stories were flooding with the picture which says “WINNER WINNER CHICKEN DINNER”, first I thought “ what the heck is this game about? “— — and the lamest answer came to my mind may be some cooking sort of a video game it must be which gives you chicken dinner to the winner (So lame I know). After some time I got so much curious that I too installed the game ( I solemnly swore to myself that I would uninstall after just playing one game ). But I never knew that this PUBG game would hit me so hard that I will waste my two days in playing that game. I had severe migraines due to the constant nailing my eyeballs into the screen.

Finally, I uninstalled the game ( but inside my head still that game was going on, I was shooting at enemies in my dreams). So, this was the end of my stage one addiction.

STAGE 2— — — ADDICTION :

It has been just 4 days I uninstalled the game but still, I had craving at times as I was too much in need of the Title “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner”, but somehow I controlled myself which I ended up with reinstalling the game. (Again I solemnly swore to myself I will play a game every day). So, I started with the Arcade version of the game which takes less gaming time, for example, one of them was 8 min quick match which I played 6 times till I get the “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner” accomplishment. ( 8x6 = 48 minutes *3 times a day = approx 3 hours a day) . My studies were getting a lot affected by this and I used to think about which guns go with the additional compensator, suppressor, scope. I started watching pubg youtube Videos for improving my game.

SELF REALIZATION OF THE INJURIES BY THIS VIRTUAL MONSTER:

I suddenly introspected that there is huge problem with me, I am getting addicted to the game and spending most of the time playing this game instead of doing my work. I used to procrastinate a lot just to get the fake sense of accomplishment of this game.

When I looked around I found people falling in the trap of this game which is designed to get you addicted to itself by:-

A fake sense of accomplishment by which you feel empowered and happy that you are achieving things. We got one more reason for procrastination in our head so that we can keep aside our work and spend the infinite time on it to get short-term happiness. ( much related to drugged happiness)This is the first game which can be played by normal people who don't have any idea about gaming as we get it to ease on our smartphones. Professional Gamers actually earn a lot of money with gaming as it's their profession. ( they have the paid version of the game through which they could earn)

The unpaid mobile PUBG earns a lot from the people who pay and buy the weapons. Only 2–5% of people do that but they do that so frequently that this game earns only on the basis of there 2–5% addicted people.

Now, I have stopped playing this game and never ever in my life will ever play as this was a nice lesson to me for life. I have seen students, uncles doing very serious discussion and the subject of their discussion was PUBG!.

SOME WORST CONSEQUENCES OF THIS GAME IN THE WORLD:

There are couples breaking up because of their partner being way too much into this game. There was a reported murder who killed his pubg partner because he didn't obey his instructions.

I am scared soon this addictive virtual monster would rule over our brain without which no one could live ever.

How do I stop playing PUBG?

My friends and I used to play PUBG everyday for a minimum of four hours. Even I was an addict for that matter. I'd even purchased Royal Pass for season 3. The day I left, I was an Ace. For those who d
